Requirement: 0 – 2 years of experience
Criteria: Must be a news enthusiast. Should be proficient in English & Hindi. Should be able to formulate arguments, questions & present detailed and nuanced written analysis on key news topics.
Eligibility: Graduate or pursuing graduation

Script Writers
Requirement: 0 – 5 years of experience
Criteria: Must be a news enthusiast. Should be aware of national, international, legal & constitutional affairs. Candidate must be proficient in spoken & written Hindi. Knowing a regional language will be an added advantage
Eligibility: Graduate
Field researchers
Requirement: 0 – 5 years of experience
Criteria: Must be well versed with Indian election process, have a sound understanding of Indian politics & must be inclined towards political analysis. Candidates having experience in election reporting, election data analysis & election surveys will be given preference
Field reporters
Requirement: 0 – 5 years of experience
Criteria: Must have a nose for news & must be willing to work under challenging circumstances. Must be proficient in both Hindi & English. Candidates with reporting experience will be given preference
News coordinators
Requirement: 0 – 5 years of experience
Criteria: Must be willing and able to identify, contact, coordinate & bring relevant voices from various fields on debates of national & international significance. Should be able to network, organise & invite guests on debates on TV & Internet platforms. Candidates with similar experience in TV news channels will be given preference
Social Media Managers
Requirement: 0 – 5 years of experience
Criteria: Must have sound understanding of all social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Koo, Mitron etc. Should be able to use tools that amplify the channel’s reach on all social media platforms
